Manufacturer Warranty
E Ride Pro Inc. provides a limited warranty of one year or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first, for all new electric off-road motorcycles purchased through authorized dealers or the official E Ride Pro website. Coverage begins on the original purchase date, applies only to the first owner, and is not transferable.
Warranty Coverage
At its discretion, E Ride Pro Inc. will repair or replace any part found to have defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Covered components may include the frame, motor, battery, and other major systems. All approved repairs or replacements are provided at no cost to the owner.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Normal Use Wear: Damage or wear resulting from regular use, accidents, improper operation, neglect, poor maintenance, or unauthorized alterations is not covered.

Battery Degradation: Gradual battery capacity loss is considered normal. Battery replacement is only covered if capacity falls below 70% of original performance during the warranty term.

Wear Items: Consumable components such as tires, brake pads, and suspension wear parts are excluded.

Non-OEM Parts: Accessories or components not supplied by E Ride Pro are not eligible for warranty coverage.
