The Apollo DHW120 MAX is a space-saving combined tank for both the DHW and Buffer tank in one unit. this unit offers exceptional durability and insulation. The Apollo DHW120 MAX is designed to provide reliable performance, perfect for residential or commercial applications.
The buffer tank is an essential component for properly operating the hydronic heat pump system. When very low or no-load conditions the buffer gives time for the heat pump to react and shut down correctly without spiking temperature, in winter it helps defrost the cycle as well.
The DHW Tank is an indirect Domestic Water Heater using a boiler or heat pump to heat with the tank inner coil.
The insulation prevents condensation and heat loss.
