Money-Back Guarantee:
Customers can cancel their order before shipment for a full refund, minus a 3% fee to cover credit card processing charges.

Returns After Shipment:
Once the freeze dryer has shipped, customers can return the product within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

3-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage Period:
All Harvest Right Freeze Dryers purchased after February 1, 2019, are covered under this warranty.

Full One-Year Warranty (U.S. Continental 48 States Only):

• Warranty Duration: One year from the original ship date.
• Included: Premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
• Coverage: Harvest Right will repair or replace any defective part of the freeze dryer or vacuum pump (at their discretion).
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for service call charges and part replacements due to misuse or neglect. For details, refer to the "Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer."

Limited 3-Year Warranty:

• Coverage Duration: Covers the second and third years from the original ship date.
• Coverage: Harvest Right will repair or replace parts of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) that fail due to material or workmanship defects.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for diagnostic charges and transportation costs for service.

Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico:

• Warranty Period: Same as above.
• Coverage: Includes premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
• Service: Service is provided by a customer-approved local service provider or the customer can ship the unit to Harvest Right for repairs. A shipping credit may be issued if the unit must be shipped to Harvest Right.

Limited International Warranty (for all countries not listed above):

• Warranty Period: One year from the original ship date.
• Coverage: Includes premier oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pumps.
• Support: Service is available via phone or email. Harvest Right will provide necessary parts at their discretion.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for local service costs, parts replacement due to misuse, and shipping for parts sent from Harvest Right.

Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer
This warranty applies only if the freeze dryer is used in a clean environment and operated per Harvest Right’s instructions. The consumer is responsible for:

• Proper Usage: Ensure the appliance is used according to the provided instructions.
• Correct Installation: Installation must follow the provided instructions and comply with local electrical codes.
• Power Supply: Ensure a proper connection to a grounded power supply with sufficient voltage and repair any electrical issues, such as blown fuses or faulty wiring.
• Operating Conditions: Use the appliance in a well-ventilated space with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
• Damage During Installation: Avoid damage during installation, including never lifting the unit by the door.
• Maintenance: Keep both the freeze dryer and vacuum pump in good working condition.
• Food Dryness: Ensure freeze-dried food is completely dry before packaging.
• Storage: Use airtight, durable containers to prevent moisture or air penetration once sealed.
• Oxygen Absorbers: Use fresh oxygen absorbers suitable for the sealed containers to prevent exposure to air.

Note: Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of freeze-dried food, packaging, or storage conditions.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• Modifications or Aftermarket Accessories: Any modifications or third-party accessories void the warranty.
• Consequential or Incidental Damages: Includes property damage, lost profits, or other incidental expenses.
• Service Calls Without Malfunction: Service requests unrelated to defects or malfunction are not covered.
• Unauthorized Service: Damage caused by unauthorized service providers is excluded.
• Non-Harvest Right Parts: Parts not supplied by Harvest Right or its authorized dealers are not covered.
• External Causes: Damage due to misuse, inadequate power supply, or natural disasters.
• Altered Serial Numbers: Units with altered or removed serial numbers are not covered.
• Extension Cords: Using an extension cord instead of a direct connection to the power supply voids the warranty.
• Personal Injury Claims: The warranty does not cover personal injuries or economic loss.
• Transfer of Ownership: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
