Unlike traditional vacuum pumps, this oil-free model eliminates the need for oil changes or regular servicing, offering a low-maintenance solution for your freeze drying needs.

Warranty & Return Policy
Money-Back Guarantee:
Customers may cancel their order before shipment and receive a refund, minus a 3% fee to cover the credit card processing costs incurred by Harvest Right.
Returns After Shipment:
Once the freeze dryer has shipped, customers can return the product within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. Shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers sold after February 1, 2019.
Full One-Year Warranty (for the Continental U.S. 48 States Only):
- Warranty Period: One year from the original shipment date.
- Coverage: Includes Premier oil vacuum pumps and oil-free vacuum pumps.
- Harvest Right’s Responsibility: We will repair or replace defective parts of the freeze dryer and/or vacuum pump at our discretion, provided the defect is due to workmanship or materials.
- Consumer’s Responsibility: The consumer is responsible for service call costs and replacement parts due to misuse or neglect.
Limited 3-Year Warranty:
- Warranty Period: Covers the second and third years from the original ship date.
- Coverage: Includes repair or replacement of parts of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Consumer’s Responsibility: The consumer is responsible for diagnostic charges and transportation costs for service.
Limited Warranty (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico):
- The terms are the same as above.
- Service will be provided by the customer or an approved local service provider.
- The consumer is responsible for transportation costs to the repair shop or for technician travel costs. If the product needs to be shipped to Harvest Right for repair, a shipping credit may apply, determined at the time of shipping.
Limited International Warranty (Countries Not Listed Above):
- Warranty Period: One year from the original shipment date.
- Coverage: Includes phone and email support and parts required for repair at Harvest Right's discretion.
- Consumer’s Responsibility: Consumers are responsible for local service costs and shipping fees for parts or repairs. Costs for transporting parts to and from Harvest Right are the consumer’s responsibility.
Consumer Responsibilities Under Warranty:
This warranty applies only to freeze dryers operated in clean environments and in accordance with Harvest Right’s guidelines. Consumers are responsible for:
- Properly using the appliance as instructed.
- Ensuring correct installation in accordance with guidelines and local electrical codes.
- Connecting the appliance to a properly grounded power supply with sufficient voltage.
- Operating the appliance in a clean, well-ventilated area with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
- Avoiding damage during or after installation (e.g., lifting the unit by the door).
- Properly maintaining and operating the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
- Ensuring that freeze-dried foods are completely dry before packaging.
- Using durable, airtight containers for storing freeze-dried materials.
- Including fresh, properly functioning oxygen absorbers in sealed containers with freeze-dried goods.
Note: Harvest Right is not responsible for the quality of freeze-dried food or materials or for the packaging of these items.
Exclusions from Warranty:
This warranty does not cover:
- Any modifications or aftermarket accessories that void the warranty.
- Indirect or incidental damages (e.g., property damage or lost revenue).
- Service calls not related to defects or malfunctions.
- Damages caused by unauthorized services.
- Use of non-Harvest Right parts or repair materials.
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g., misuse, abuse, or acts of nature).
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Use of extension cords instead of direct electrical connections.
- Claims for personal injury or loss of profit.
- Products purchased by individuals who are not the original owners.
Service Information:
