Money-Back Guarantee
Customers can cancel their orders before shipment and receive a refund, minus a 3% fee for credit card processing charges incurred by Harvest Right.
Once the freeze dryer has shipped, customers have 30 days from the ship date to return it for a refund, excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
3-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers sold after February 1, 2019.
Full One-Year Warranty
- Valid for customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Harvest Right's Responsibility: Repair or replace any part of the freeze dryer or vacuum pump found to be defective due to material or workmanship issues.

Limited 3-Year Warranty

Warranty Period: Years 2 and 3 from the original ship date.

Harvest Right's Responsibility: Repair or replace parts of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) if they fail due to defective materials or workmanship.

Consumer's Responsibility: Diagnostic fees, transportation, and delivery costs for service.
Limited Warranty for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico
All warranty terms apply as described above, except customers must arrange service with an approved local provider.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the repair center or technician travel costs. If the unit needs to be shipped back to Harvest Right for repairs, a shipping credit will be provided.

Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer
This warranty applies only to freeze dryers used in clean environments and operated according to the instructions. Consumers must ensure the following:
- Correct usage following the provided instructions.
- Proper installation and compliance with local electrical codes.
- Ensure a stable, grounded power supply with adequate voltage. This includes replacing blown fuses, fixing wiring defects, and repairing loose connections.
- Operate the appliance in a clean, well-ventilated area with temperatures between 35°F (2°C) and 95°F (35°C).
- Avoid installation-related damage (e.g., do not lift the unit by the door).
- Properly maintain the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.
- Ensure that freeze-dried food or materials are fully dry before sealing.
- Use durable, air- and water-tight containers for storage.
- Include fresh, properly stored oxygen absorbers with freeze-dried material.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Modifications or third-party accessories.
- Indirect or incidental damages (e.g., property damage, lost profits).
- Service calls for non-defective issues.
- Damages from unauthorized service providers or parts.
- External factors such as misuse, inadequate power supply, or acts of nature.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Use of extension cords instead of a direct power supply connection.
- Claims for personal injury or economic loss.
- Non-original owners (the warranty is void if the product is sold or transferred to anyone other than the original purchaser).
Service and Claims
It is the consumer's responsibility to retain proof of purchase (receipt or relevant payment proof) for warranty claims. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state or country. To request warranty service, contact Harvest Right directly.
