• Small Items: Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground with free shipping.
• Large Items (over 100 lbs.): Shipped freight with curbside service (LTL carrier). The delivery company will not unpack or relocate items. If needed, ensure you have assistance at delivery. The delivery company will call to arrange a time, and you must be available to sign for the shipment upon delivery.
• Made-to-Order Water Fountains: Lead times vary. Please contact us for current lead times on specific products. We can help find alternatives with faster shipping if needed.
• Extra-Large Water Fountains (with large base/pool/pond): In some cases, a forklift may be required for delivery, as the base may be too large for the carrier’s lift-gate service. We will notify you before shipping if a forklift is necessary, but most fountains do not require this. Please arrange accordingly before delivery.
