The 48” Forno Galiano French Door Gas Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Cooking Surface has 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces.

The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Double electric ovens have a combined 6.58 cu.ft. capacity with a total output of 9,700 Watts encased in a speckled blue enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. Right-side oven consists of a true convection fan function. Included is an LP conversion kit, 4 electro-plated oven racks, wok-ring, reversible grill/griddle. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
