SolarEdge Home Wave Single-Phase Inverters
SolarEdge’s single-phase Home Wave inverters with HD-Wave technology redefine traditional solar inverter design. Winner of the 2016 Intersolar Award and the 2018 Edison Award, these inverters are specifically built to work with SolarEdge power optimizers. Each unit includes a built-in DC safety switch, integrated rapid shutdown, and comes with a 12-year standard warranty, extendable to 20 or 25 years.
Innovative Inverter Design
By separating Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) and voltage management at the module level through SolarEdge power optimizers, the inverter’s role is limited to DC-to-AC conversion. This simplification makes the inverter more reliable, cost-effective, and efficient. Fixed string voltage ensures optimal operation regardless of string length or temperature. In addition to converting DC to AC, the inverter also manages battery storage and system energy as part of the SolarEdge Home Solution.
HD-Wave Technology
The latest generation of SolarEdge single-phase inverters uses advanced power conversion through distributed switching and high-performance DSP processing. This allows the inverter to produce a clean sine wave while reducing heavy magnetic components and cooling requirements. The result is a smaller, lighter inverter that is easier to ship, store, and install. With a record 99% efficiency, the inverter maximizes energy production and return on investment.
