The ACiQ 154,000 BTU 80% AFUE Single Stage Multi-Positional Gas Furnace is an affordable furnace designed to deliver reliable heating and comfort throughout your home. Despite being a basic efficiency model, it offers powerful heating performance that ensures your space stays warm even during extreme cold. This unit has an input of 154,000 BTUs and operates at 80% AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), which translates to an output of 123,200 BTUs. With 80% efficiency, 80% of the fuel is converted into heat while the remaining 20% is lost through the flue and normal operation. As with all 80% efficiency furnaces, this model requires metal flue venting. If your installation requires plastic or PVC venting, a 90% or higher efficiency model is necessary. The unit comes pre-configured for natural gas, but an optional LP conversion kit is available for propane use. Please note, this model is not compliant with Low NOx or Ultra Low NOx regulations and may be subject to additional fees if shipped to California.

However, it is not approved for use in mobile homes unless properly modified.

Optional upgrades such as high-efficiency secondary heat exchangers, two-stage heating, and modulating burners are available to boost efficiency and enhance comfort. The aluminized steel heat exchanger and robust build quality reflect ACiQ’s commitment to long-lasting durability. This unit is also backed by extended warranty coverage—10-year, 20-year, or lifetime on the heat exchanger (with online registration).
