E Ride Pro Limited Warranty
E Ride Pro Inc. offers a limited warranty of one year or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, on all new electric off-road motorcycles purchased through authorized dealers or the official E Ride Pro website. Coverage begins on the original purchase date, applies only to the original owner, and cannot be transferred.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, E Ride Pro Inc. may, at its discretion, repair or replace any component determined to have defects in materials or manufacturing. Covered items may include major parts such as the frame, motor, battery, and other core components. Approved repairs or replacements are provided at no cost to the owner.
Warranty Limitations

Normal Use Wear: Damage caused by regular wear, improper use, accidents, neglect, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is excluded.

Battery Performance: Gradual loss of battery capacity is considered normal. Battery coverage applies only if capacity falls below 70% of original output within the warranty period.

Wear Items: Components subject to routine wear — including tires, brake pads, and suspension wear parts — are not covered.

Non-Factory Parts: Accessories or components not supplied by E Ride Pro are excluded from warranty protection.
